Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made directly to Gravadee, Inc. for the Universal Rental Application (URA). Refunds are available for the service and billing issues described below.

When we provide refunds

Unsupported verification: If a verification provider cannot support you and this prevents completion of the verification included in your purchase, we will provide a full refund.

Technical problems: If a Gravadee technical problem prevents you from completing or sharing your URA, contact us so we can resolve it promptly. If we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, we will provide a full refund.

Duplicate or incorrect charges: If you are charged more than once for the same purchase or charged an incorrect amount, we will refund the duplicate charge or the amount charged in error.

When refunds are not available

We do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind or no longer need the URA.

A landlord declining your rental application or choosing not to accept the URA does not qualify for a refund. Gravadee does not guarantee landlord acceptance or rental approval. Landlords may require their own application or additional screening.

How to request a refund

Email info@gravadee.com with the email address used for your purchase, your payment reference if available, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not include identity documents, financial records, full card details, or other sensitive information.

We will review your request and may ask for additional non-sensitive information to understand and resolve the issue.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. We will initiate the refund within five business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

For an eligible full refund, we return the full amount paid to Gravadee without deducting payment processing or verification costs.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund rights or other remedies available to you under applicable law.
